An industry-wide labor shortage threatens to negatively impact the project timeline. There needs to be a way to complete routine, non-critical electrical tasks so the project stays on schedule.Solution
Our prefab shop completes work typically assigned to more skilled labor by utilizing apprentices working under the watchful eyes of a Master Electrician and our strict QC program. This solution supports the project while also helping alleviate the ongoing labor shortage, since graduating apprentices often transition to serve as full-time, certified FSG technicians.FSG projects consistently deliver excellence for our customers, for our employees, and for the communities we serve.
