Ariston Tyko Headquarters Englewood, CO

Ariston Tyko called on FSG for electrical construction solutions to complete their electrical and lighting phases in their new Colorado Headquarters.

Challenge

When Ariston Tyko knew they needed an experienced and reliable construction team for their 26,800 sqft tenant finish project, they called on FSG's Denver construction department for help. The space consisted of a new office area, cabinetry shop, machine area, and storage space. They needed our teams to take a collaborative approach with their project solutions by using their already purchased materials, addressing electrical concerns for their machinery, and working alongside the other trades on site.

Solution

Initial electrical inspections showed on-site panels needed reworking. Two new breakers were installed in the existing MDS to feed two new high volt panels, 3 transformers, and 3 new low voltage panels. Parallel feeder runs were installed at 35’ heights over a 300’ length. FSG's project management team inventoried and organized existing electrical materials ownership had on-site, ordered missing components, managed their lighting package order, and worked alongside inspectors to head off code concerns. The field and office team promptly adapted to lighting, control, and mechanical power demand changes with timely RFI's to avoid costly delays.

Result

Several pieces of equipment were installed in the cabinetry shop including, table saws, a dust collector, a laser welder, an edge bander, and a paint booth. This project used energy-efficient methods throughout the building including high-bay LED lighting with integrated occupancy sensors and plug load-controlled receptacles in the office spaces.
