FSG Manages Complex Electrical Work for Enterprise Products Partners' Downtown Remodel

Challenge

Enterprise Products Partners, L.P., a leading North American midstream energy provider, undertook a major office renovation at its multi-story headquarters in downtown Houston. With employees occupying multiple floors at 1100 Louisiana Street, the remodel required careful planning to minimize disruption. Gallant Builders, serving as General Contractor, enlisted FSG Houston to handle the project's intricate electrical scope, ensuring seamless integration with the overall renovation.

Solution

The phased "re-stack" approach required relocating employees across floors as renovations progressed. FSG managed the installation of all new lighting and power systems while modifying existing electrical distribution to accommodate the updated layout. Working across eight floors, the company mail room, and a stairway connecting levels seven through ten, FSG adapted to the project's evolving needs with precision and efficiency.

Result

To support the tight timeline and minimize disruption, FSG performed much of the work at night and during off-peak hours. Leveraging its robust equipment distribution network, FSG ensured that critical materials arrived just in time, keeping the fast-paced project on schedule.
