FSG Provides EV Charging with Room for Expansion for Las Vegas Commercial Property Owner

Challenge

In Nevada, FSG's Las Vegas branch has enjoyed an ongoing relationship with property owner The Molasky Group. After viewing webinars hosted by industry leader Light Efficient Design (LED) and by FSG's corporate Director of Innovation, The Molasky Group felt this was the solution they were looking for. Armed with the latest product information and with a trusted vendor by its side, the property owner decided to initiate its first EV charging station project at one of its premier Las Vegas locations.

Solution

FSG arrived at the customer's multi-story parking complex and began work by pulling the main power on the ground floor and installing a disconnect. Utilizing the existing conduit, A service was run to a second-floor location where a new transformer and panel was installed. FSG crews bored through an existing concrete wall and ran conduit to the three identified EV charge station locations. Three new Breeze EV side-by-side, 32-amp double pedestals were installed for the customer, with future expansion capacity stubbed in at the site. FSG's crews completed all work on the EV charging station project in just four days, without any interruption to the customer's normal flow of operations.

Result

The Molasky Group is now up and running with convenient EV charging stations for its tenants in Las Vegas. FSG was able to leverage its relationship with the product manufacturer to ensure no supply chain delays occurred on the project, and all work was completed in less than one week. After the installation project was complete, FSG remained in contact with the customer to assist with the provision of RFID cards that allow building tenants to seamlessly interact with Breeze EV's AmpUP control software.
