Challenge

When Driscoll Children’s Hospital launched its multi-phase expansion in Corpus Christi, a new emergency power system was a critical part of the infrastructure upgrade. Solution

FSG’s scope included the installation of a new Kohler 1750 generator set, along with all necessary connections to dual docking stations, load banks, and emergency switchgear. The team worked efficiently and precisely to bring the hospital’s new central plant—complete with chillers, boilers, and building control systems—up to modern emergency preparedness standards. Every component was designed and installed to support life safety systems and uninterrupted hospital operations in the event of a power outage.
