Challenge

When First Baptist Belton was in need of a smarter way to manage the mechanical systems across their campus, they turned to Facility Solutions Group (FSG) for help. With a strong desire to centralize operations, Operations Manager Nathan Parr was looking for a system that could unify existing chiller controls in the worship center and expand oversight to additional thermostats throughout the facility. The goal was to streamline management and reduce inefficiencies without overhauling the current infrastructure.

Solution

They successfully tied the existing chiller controls into a centralized system and strategically installed wireless thermostats at key points across the campus. All devices were linked to a single, user-friendly dashboard, giving Mr. Parr and his team seamless control over the facility’s HVAC systems from one place.
